Contact

If you have a very specific question about something I authored (e.g., a post or plugin) and not a general help/support question, my email address is jim (at) jmamsoftware.com; otherwise using the support forums or contacting your hosting provider are your best bet (REALLY).

Note that my ability to respond greatly depends on my travel/work schedule (I’m often unreachable for several weeks at a time), how I’m feeling at the moment, and the various demands on my time.

There are a great many differences between different hosting providers and their specific hosting packages, and a virtually infinite combination of plugins and themes so I CANNOT IN ANY EVENT provide support or help as to why something isn’t working for you as you would prefer.  I test my work on a siteground.com cheap hosting package using the most recently released version of PHP and WordPress. Other hosting providers and other versions of PHP and WordPress can make VERY SIGNIFICANT differences in how things operate. I also avoid as much as possible anything paid, such as themes or plugins, since the bulk of my work is pro bono. I use Gutenberg or Classic Editor and don’t use any page builders so I would have no idea why something doesn’t work with one.

All material is provided AS-IS without any warranty of any kind. I will not access the dashboard of your site under any circumstances (so don’t bother asking/offering).
